Victoria Balaz grew up a region near Budapest, Hungary. Born 1885, June 30th about 430pm.
She was embraced in 1918, when the parliament building fell. During this period of revolution, elder Szarius her sire, reached out to one young of spirit, one of the times, so he would not be left behind a relic. He cherished her humanity and nutured her.
She experienced some periods of torpor due to the chaotic nature of her homeland but she always bounced back, adapting and learning about any changes that occurred during her sleep.

Her sire, who is quite old, has retreated into torpor himself, though the homeland has been secured.
Her broodmate Nicholai is in charge while he slumbers. He is semi-ambitious but loyal. She decided it was time she saw America and what the Cammarilla had to offer. She had learned of it from her sire, who kept abreast of the the changes in the world. Her sire knows such people as Rapheal de Corazon and Augustus Giovanni and has a relatively positive relationship with them, as he predates the sects.

She was influenced by philosophies of Nietzsche and Darwin and the Nazis to a degree. However, she is not an Aryan supremacist per say, believing in the potential of humanity regardless of their ancestry. She is rather schooled in the art of ettiquite, being able to sit with high society completely comfortable now. As it turns out, in her mortal lineage is a minor noble family.

She had invested in oil, IBm, Apple , google , and gold, due to her broodmates investment advice, he is a bit of a financial wizard, which has paid well. She studied the occult rather well as well.

She has developed a herd and has a very competent assistant retainer as well as a guard dog.

Victoria Balaz is an extremely intelligent beautiful woman appearing in her early thirties. Impeccable manners. Fits in with high society effortlessly.
